Why not say "gone are the days of hearing artists like Jan and Dean, Beach Boys or Tommy James and the Shondells? Platters, Tops, Tempts are first and formost "soul artists" that happen to cross over to the top ten during their hay day...none of them would be played on ANY rock, station. I was so excited to hear somthing good in the area again. I had to go inside before I caught the name of the station but when I got back home in GA I looked you guys up online and have been listening ever sence. I can sorta get The Tiger at home and 92.9 Dave fm (atlanta) but I alway look forward to going to Auburn to get to listen to you guys on 1170 and extremly excited to get into the gump to get it on 104.9. If you could upgrade your signal strength to 100,000 watts I could enjoy 104.9 here at home in West Point, GA that would be Sweet!!! I love Tiger but frankly they just play a little to much college music that no one knows. There is a Bruce Springstein song called Radio Nowhere and I always figured he was singing about our area. With the gump I no longer have to channel surf. Unfortunatly I live a little to far north to get 104.9 but usually can pick it up on 1170. Gump keep doing exactly what your doing!
